At Bookkeeping Pros, we charge by the hour or on an agreed estimate basis. As part of your free initial bookkeeping consultation, and before we commence, you will be given a guideline indication of the likely costs, which will not be exceeded without advising you.
All our bookkeepers are salaried employees of Bookkeeping Pros and have been trained by us in the latest bookkeeping skills, techniques and tools. Their bookkeeping activities are closely monitored and checked for Quality Assurance purposes by our management team…no more hassles selecting and employing a none-core team member and no more uncertainty about the quality of your own bookkeeper's workmanship, no “franchisees” with unknown skill levels.
Our bookkeepers are happy to attend your premises or work from our offices using documents and records provided by you. Should they be required to come to your offices, the minimum period is four hours, otherwise each bookkeeper's time working on your records is billed in 15 minute intervals…

Invoicing
We invoice for services provided to clients on a fortnightly basis or when a project has been completed, and payment is due within 14 days. We accept most major credit cards and are happy to accept EFT payments direct to our Bank Account.
